Here is the intro to the Final Evaluation Project.
Please note that the other sheets in the Final Evaluation Project Kit are from the Buck Institute's book, Project Based Learning Starter Kit, and I cannot post them as I would be violating copyright (which allows me to copy them for classroom use but does not allow me to post them online).
Below you can also find a link to the Buck Institute's printables page. They have some older versions of the forms there (the newer forms are in their book) as well as some samples of forms filled out for projects.
Feel free to take a look. Keep in mind that you are creating your own projects with teacher support, vs. having the teacher create a project for you.
